 General Policies

 

1. Prices, product availability, and special offers are subject to change without notice.

2. We strive to keep our In Stock items up-to-date, but reserve the right to make any changes without notice as orders may become back ordered or discontinued.

3. We do not guarantee the products you receive will appear exactly as the images used on our website. Please keep in mind that images may vary on each computer monitor.

4. All prices are in Canadian funds.

5. Taxes and shipping are NOT included in the prices listed. These are additional charges that will be added upon checkout.

6. Please contact us immediately if you would like to make a change to your order after submission, but PRIOR to shipping.

7. For orders totalling $150 before tax, shipping is free.

8. In stock items will be shipped within 1-3 business days, upon receiving payment. Dropshipped or out of stock items, can usually be received from the manufacturer from 7-14 business days but there can be no guarantee.  

 

Return Policy

Please keep receipt from Hiccup Baby Shoppe, as well as packing slip for all returns. For diapers, please wash and use only ONE diaper initially in order to ensure it is the right diaper for you and your baby; as washed diapers cannot be returned. 

1. All returned items must be in unused, brand new condition and original packaging. Please do not remove tags, or other instructional items included if you wish to return the product.

2. All returns must be processed within 30 days of purchase.

3.
Return authorization is required in order to guarantee the fastest and most efficient return/exchange. Please email us at hiccup@live.ca with your return information or any concerns you may have.

4. There is a 10% Re-stocking Fee on all items that are returned. Restocking fee waived if you accept in-store credit.

5. Shipping cost is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total cost of the return. For items that have "Free Shipping" if you return the item, you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred.

6. No Returns on washed, torn or damaged items or clearance items.

7. Please inspect your order well when received, and notify us immediately of any defective items, (ie. Broken snaps)

8. We cannot send out replacement/exchange items until the original items have been received back to us and inspected. We will notify you via email when this happens.

All items received from manufacturer are inspected as we receive them and we guarantee the highest in quality assurance. However, if you do receive an item, which is damaged in some way, please notify us immediately so that we can assist you in the warranty/return process.
